I have been working with Four Diamond Title since 2021 and became a Licensed Title Agent in 2023, My mentor, Karen Tester, helped me to learn the ins and outs of the Title world.
In 2025, I became the sole owner of Four Diamond Title. I’m striving to continue our legacy of serving the community with integrity and providing outstanding service for lenders, buyers, sellers, and realtors

In 2018, Four Diamond Title Services was founded by Karen Tester and Jeff Buschor. Together, they brought over 30 years of real estate knowledge and experience. Their backgrounds of title and mortgage lending allowed them to create a company built with a unique understanding of clients needs.
Tragedy struck in July of 2022, with the death of Jeff Buschor, However, Karen persevered and continued to maintain their ideals of smooth, seamless, and enjoyable closings that clients had come to know.
In May of 2025, Karen passed the torch to Billie Hiles. Karen continues as a Title Agent, providing the same excellent service clients have always relied on

Jade Andrews began working at Four Diamond Title in May of 2025 as our office assistant.
She answers the phone and contacts our clients to gather basic information to help their closings to run smoothly. Her friendly smile will usually greet you when you come in the door for your closing day
She is a great addition to our team!
