SMS Privacy Policy

At Four Diamond Title Services LLC, we value your privacy and make every effort to respect your wishes and personal information. In line with this commitment, we have established the following policy for the use of our SMS two-way communication service. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and manage your phone numbers and SMS messages.
COLLECTION OF PHONE NUMBERS
We collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide them to us, for example, during transactions and inquiries. You can opt in to receive these SMS messages either by texting our SMS phone number or by requesting or authorizing us to communicate with you via SMS messages.
USE OF PHONE NUMBERS FOR SMS
Your phone numbers are primarily used to provide you with personalized transactional services in a time effective manner. These text messages may relate to transactions we are presently working with you on, follow ups related to the transaction, or general inquiries from you or us. SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. We will only share your phone number with our SMS provider, subject to their privacy policy. We use GoTo to send all SMS communications to users who have contacted us via SMS or otherwise opted in. OPTING OUT OF MARKETING MESSAGES
If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS communications from us, you can opt out by texting STOP. If we are communicating with you while a transaction is pending, we will continue communicating with you via phone, e-mail, fax, in person, or other non-SMS electronic means. Please note that the opt-out process may take up to 10 business days to become effective due to internal systems and controls. During this period, you may still receive some messages from us. Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more SMS messages.
PRIVACY OF PHONE NUMBERS
No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties, including your phone number, except as we deem necessary to facilitate your transaction. In such cases, we may share your phone number with an attorney, lender, realtor, and/or other third party specifically involved in your transaction. Under no circumstances will your phone number be shared with a third party for purposes unrelated to your transaction.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat your information by placing a prominent notice on our website or Facebook page.
